Online submission

All abstracts must be submitted through the ONLINE SYSTEM. Abstracts submitted via email, fax or post will not be accepted. 

How to create a NHAM 2022 abstract submission account

Sign up an account is quick, easy process that takes little time to complete. Below are the step-by-step instructions you'll need to create an account. Using it for congress registration and abstract submission. 

  1. Click create an account.
  2. Select "NHAM 2022" under event section.
  3. Choose "submit abstract" under I want to section.
  4. Click "next".
  5. Enter your first and last name under name section.
  6. Enter your email and a password.
  7. Check the box "I'm not a robot", follow the instructions and click "verify".
  8. Click "register".
  9. Complete personal information in "My Account" page and click update.
  10. Click "submit abstract" to submit an abstract.

  11. Read carefully the submission format required by the indexed journal under abstract submission guidelines section.
  12. Checked the box “I have read and agree to the abstract submission disclaimer and terms and conditions above” before submitting your abstract.
  13. Click "submit abstract".
  14. To submit a new abstract, repeat steps 10 to 13.
  15. To edit submitted abstract, double click on the abstract title under submitted section on the right side.

Sign in to NHAM 2022 account

1. Click "Login".
2. Select "NHAM 2022" under event section. 
3. Enter your registered email and password.
4. Click "sign in".
5. Choose "submit abstract" under I want to section.
6. Follow steps to submit an abstract.

Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password, below are the step-by-step instructions to reset your password.

1. Click "forget password".
2. Select "NHAM 2022" under event section.
3. Enter your registered email address.
4. Click "reset password".
5. A temporary password will send to your registered email to reset password.
6. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
7. Make sure domain is not blocked or make sure all emails from this domain are always delivered.
8. If is still does not work, try contacting your email service provider. They are most likely blocking emails from from being delivered.
