Cancellation and Alteration Policy


Cancellation (for bookings of more than 10 rooms)

Any modification or cancellation to your reservation must be made in writing to Congress Secretariat at hotel_asm@nham-conference.com via email or fax to +603 79322132.

Cancellations made on/before August 2, 2021 the one night deposit will be charged. Cancellations received after August 2, 2021 no refunds will be given.

  • Before JUNE 2, 2021 (90 days) prior event: 20% of the room block cancellation / reduction without penalty
  • Before JULY 2, 2021 (60 days) prior event: 15% of the room block cancellation / reduction without penalty
  • Before AUGUST 2, 2021 (30 days) prior event: 10% of the room block cancellation / reduction without penalty
  • On/after AUGUST 2, 2021: cancellations are not allowed
