Term and Conditions


1. All registration fees are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) & US Dollar(USD) and inclusive
    of 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST).
3. The exchange rate for USD to MYR is 4.
4. Payment by Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) can be made through the online registration.
5. Payment by telegraphic transfer is accepted. All related bank charges and financial charges (local & overseas) are to be borne by the remitters and are not to be deducted from the fee payable to the congress. 
6. Payment by internet banking transfer or cheque are accepted for a Malaysian.

1. For payment by internet banking transfer and telegraphic transfer, please remit payment to the beneficiary account details provide. 
2. For payment by cheque payable to NHAM APSAVD and deposit to the account details provided. 
3. Please attach the telegraphic transfer remittance advice together with telex message from bank (if shortage of payment) or cheque deposit advice for proof of payment in order to complete your registration process.

Payment Receipt and Confirmation ID or Individual Registration

1. Upon receipt of full payment, you may download the payment receipt in your login account. Confirmation ID and QR code will be indicated.
2. Select "check status registered congress" in My Account after login.
3. PRINT OUT and bring the confirmation ID/QR code to the registration counter.


3. If payment status shown "paid", click "download payment receipt in the registered congress status.
